Tony's Town Square

My mom and I ate at Tony's our first night at WDW. Overall it was a nice experience. Good service, it can be quite noisy though because it is so popular. If you like italian food I would suggest it, however, there are not a lot of light options so I would come HUNGRY.

Hope this helps!

Oh boy, here we go. Poor Tony's Town Square! I never understand the bad rap it gets.

We ate at Tony's Town Square on our last day WDW, having not made any reservations. We all had a TS credit left and thought we'd give it a try. None of us were disappointed. Coming from an area with a plethora of fantastic Italian restaurants, I can't say that it was the best Italian food I've ever had. But it certainly wasn't anywhere near the worst. I say give it a try. I find it hard to believe that anyone really had that awful of a meal there.

Thanks everyone! I think we will give it a try.....you can't go wrong sitting down to dinner on Main Street!

Haven't eaten there in years because of a horrible experience, but sounds like I need to give it another chance. Thanks for the information!

I'd skip it, I wish we did. We had the spaghetti & meatballs and it had very little sauce on it. The meatballs were good, but the spaghetti, not too great. Definitely not a dining destination.

We'll be dining there next month ... have never eaten there before but figured we'd give it a try. It's always nice to try different things when going to Disney.

My family of six ate there in January 2010 and we all liked it. Be aware if requesting outside seating: The left side of restaurant (facing away from it) it is right beside a smoking section

This was the one ADR both our DD's asked for (17 and 15 yr olds). They enjoy the food and the menu seems to have something that appeals to everyone. DH and I can do without it so they'll be going alone.

I see from a few posters the lack of sauce on the pasta seems to be a drawback. I was just wondering ( and I swear I'm not being a smart...) if anyone ever thought of asking for some more sauce? :confused3
