Not much can go wrong when cooking a good, high quality steak. Not true with a lesser quality piece of beef. We ate once at Tony's about 4-5 years ago, and had one of the best steaks I've ever had at a WDW restaurant (or anywhere for that matter).
Sadly, that experience has never been repeated, notwithstanding that we've been back for dinner several times since then. In our experience, the steaks these days are just average at best, as the steaks seem to be at all 1TS credit restaurants, with the possible exception of Le Cellier. I can't judge Le Cellier as we never eat there. Too crowded with tables too close together.
