We ate at Tony's about 10 years ago and thought it was awful. A couple of weeks ago, we decided to give it another chance and it was...still terrible.

"Almost edible" is the best thing I can say about my meal. I had chicken parm and the pasta was ok, but the chicken was rubbery and flavorless. We will definitely not be giving Tony's a third chance. I'd rather eat chicken nuggets.
