DH and I were thinking of trying Tony's Town square when we go to WDW in a couple of weeks/ Any opinions?????
Also, do they serve wine/alcohol?

It's "okay". We like it, but keep in mind that it is very expensive.

Alcoholic beverages are not available in the Magic Kingdom.

Personally I wouldn't go to Disney and NOT have dinner at Tony's. The pizza is wonderful and it's beautiful inside. But I am a huge Lady and the Tramp fan, so maybe I'm a little biased. ;)

Yes, the theme of the restaurant is Lady and the Tramp.

I believe MK is a dry park - No wine to be found

Best bet is to head to a monorail resort for great food and wine selections

It's a tradition with my son and I.. we always eat at Tonys for supper the day we arrive!! Honestly, the food is just average... but for some reason he loves it there and he's 20 :goodvibes He takes after his Momma and loves WDW.

We just returned from WDW and had tried Tony's for the very first time. We were very dissappointed. Out of all of the meals we had on property during the week, it was the worst. The food was fair but very over-priced. No bread with our meal, had to ask for drinks to be refilled several times, steak was tough, server was awful, portions small. I hate to judge on just one meal but it was that bad. Just so you know, I have no complaints about any of the other places we ate this past week: Crystal Palace, Peco's Bills, Mama Melrose's, Hollywood and Vine, Pizzafari, San Angel Inn, Garden Grill, or Boma.

I am glad someone asked this questions! We will be dining at Tony's during our upcoming trip. I guess the food is so so at best according to the reviews. Since we've never eaten there, we will give it a try anyway. Besides we are on the free DDP!! :thumbsup2

Defintely don't go to Tony's for steak. That isn't their best offering. Aim for the pasta dishes or anything with a lot of cheese in it.

The food is expensive, but not over-priced, given the location. There is a dearth of options at the Magic Kingdom, and that necessarily increases the premium we have to pay to dine there. Tony's is often totally booked up, for the entire evening, long before dinnertime arrives.

In a word yuck. It's like a real bad imitation of the Olive Garden.

Love it. Great food, wonderful service, terrific atmosphere. We're going again on this trip. Definite must do! Good luck and enjoy it.

That's so sad. It was quite the opposite when we went last year. Maybe it was an off week or night. We loved it when we went.
