Does anyone have a recent review of Tony's Town Square? Never tried it but was thinking about making an ADR on MVMCP night. If we are in the park during normal hours and eat there can we just stay in the park for MVMCP? Or, would we have to leave and re-enter the park? Thanks!

Well, I haven't eaten there yet this year but we are going to before our MNSSHP on Oct 26. My kids totally enjoyed it and requested to eat there again this year. They even wanted to eat there over LTT, which everyone else seems to love.

Its got a great atmosphere. Lady and the Tramp. I enjoyed my steak and my girls loved the pizza.

I've always heard to avoid the spag and meatballs because its only ok but very expensive but my older dd enjoyed her kid's spag & meatballs.

No, you do not have to leave and re-enter. There will be CMs all around the park to exchange your tickets for wristbands. You can even see if the restaurant will do it...they did for us in past parties.

Have fun.

Thanks for the info! :thumbsup2

Search finally worked for me and I've read some pretty bad reviews so now I'm a little worried. I just wanted to try something new and I thought it would be nice to dine in the MK. I called and they had tons of ADR times available which also makes me a little skeptical. I guess I'll just have to give it a try and see!

We have eaten at Tony' s everytime, since 2003 when we first tried it. We really enjoy the place. Have ADR's for this trip too! We have always had great food and service. Even when there was 10 of us, it was still amazing. I realize that every place has a bad night and everyone has their own opinions. But I like to try new things and that's how we got there. We just go into new places with average expecations. Another place we love to eat is Ohana's (since the new menu) and on here most people don't like it. So it's one of those "to each his own". :thumbsup2

We JUST GOT BACK from Disney, we're still tanned and exhausted...had to respond to your question about Tony's. We LOVE this restaurant. Were there about 4 nights ago. We were initially disappointed because they've taken fried goat cheese off of the menu, but as soon as the food started coming out, we forgot about the goat cheese. Spinach and cheese dip for an appetizer, yum. Then I had chicken florentine with fennel potatoes and (the best) asparagus (I've ever had!) Husband had steak with roasted potatoes topped with gorganzola (spelling?) butter. OK, YUM!!! Then, much to my delight, the dessert comes out as a trio, so you can nibble tastes of strawberry cheesecake, taramasu (I think that's what it was) and canolli's (I know that's not spelled right). We sat outside on the porch and watched all of the disney traffic. Don't know why Tony's isn't more popular-frankly I prefer to keep it a best kept secret.

We ate there before MNSSHP on the 22nd of September and it was YUMMY!!!!! The appetizers were only okay but that's only because it was during the big Spinach Scare and there weren't many choices. The food was delish though.

My mom had the Spaghetti and said it was the best she had ever had. DH and DS had the steak and ate every single bite. I had the eggplant and OMG it was wonderful!!!!!

We would def. recommend it!

Thanks everyone! I appreciate you posting your opinions! :thumbsup2
