The NY strip steak was shockingly good when we ate there in August. We never imagined we'd run into such a good steak in a 1TS theme park restaurant.

Wow ... those pictures were fantastic -- now I am REALLY HUNGRY! (and am not at WDW, so no Tony's!)

Anyway ... DH and I very much enjoyed our Anniversary Lunch at Tony's. The atmosphere was wonderful. We were on the sunny enclosed porch. Our pasta was very good. (Sauce is the sweet kind). Salad was good. Dessert was wonderful. Service was one of the best we have had. Loved it and would not hesitate to eat there again.

tarheelmjfan, I do the no carb diet because I am such an addict but go off the wagon while on vacation. Might be why I fell in love with the Bianca Flatbread Pizza. I tried the other one and did not like it near as much. The Biance had SIX cheeses instead of the 3 I had thought and that might be it cause the only reason I can stay on the no carb diet is cause I can eat cheese and me and Mickey love cheese!!

ElizabethB, we felt the same way about the steak and that is the main reason we kept going back. So many of the places had dumbed down their food but that a great steak! Not sure I would pay $25 OP for it though. I am sort of cheap though.

One more question (for now ) ..... Is there another bread we could order for a starter? I'm sure the bread itself would be fine, but we would prefer butter or olive oil with it. Along those lines, could we request butter or oil instead of the sauce? For us, the dipping sauce wouldn't pair well with pre-dinner bread. FYI, we won't be on the dining plan, & would be willing to pay for another bread, if necessary. We're all about pre-dinner bread.
