I have tried to find a recent review here and have had no success so figured I would ask. At present we have a 7:50pm dinner rez. Is the food good? Is the location good? Is the atomosphere good? There is 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 kids 7 and under. I figured since they all love noodles and pizza I can't go wrong with Italian. I don't see Tony's listed on many ADRs so I am a little nervous. Are there better places to eat at MK? Everything is pretty much booked, we planned this trip late (57 days before arrival).

Great choice! You will get tons of reviews on Tony’s, some people that will agree with me and some people that disagree. It is really up to the person. Most people feel that if you are on the DDP, it is not worth using 1 TS Credit (just because of price of food and quality compared to other 1 TS). Personally, I love Tonys and I love the atmosphere. It isn’t the same as being in Italy, but it has great décor and really fits with Lady and the Tramp. My personal favorite option is to get outdoor seating as it is right on Main Street. My favorite moment was when we went for lunch, sat outside and were able to watch the afternoon parade. With a 7:50 p.m. dinner rez you will be able to eat and then step right outside to watch wishes, if it is a 9pm show. I feel that the food is great, but like I said you are not in Italy. I especially enjoyed the calamari and the Crème Brulee. I think Tony’s is a must If you have never done it!

If you want to go with other options, I would recommend taking the monorail to Narcosses, Ohana, or even Californial Grill which will be about double the cost of going to Tony’s.

Hope you have fun!

We ate at Tony's in Feb 2011. It was pretty good.

Our server was awesome!! I had the Chicken Parm and DH had the Spag with sausage. Both dishes were good, not great but good.
Mine had a bit to much garlic but I have to say during that week I had a distaste for all garlic. (not sure why as I love garlic, but it just seemed heavy where it was used, in every restaurant not just Tony's).

Anyway, the decor is so cute, relaxed atmosphere that could go a bit romantic/upscale, to just a casual quiet dinner. Very flexible.

As PP said, you will find many bad reviews of Tony's. Not sure why really as we enjoyed it.
The location is very good, I love eating in MK.

Hope this helps a bit, enjoy your trip!!

Oh here are our dishes: Chicken Parm first. Then the Spag with Sausage.

Thank you both!!!!
I really wanted Ohana but they are BOOKED. I am trying up until the day we depart to get in there but if not we are stuck at Tony's unless I cancel it. At present we are booked for Tusker House breakfast and Tony's day 1. Hoping to hit AK and MK. Day 2 I figured breakfast at POP, hit HS and I have an ADR for 50s Prime Time (I think thats the right name). We have dinner rez at Park Fare that night so we will either hit Epcot before or after dinner.
