I am looking for info on these two rest. for a MK dinner. We are interested in a good sit down meal and we will be bringing along two DS's.

Between the two, I'd go for Cinderella's Royal Table in a heartbeat.

Not that Tony's isn't a great place, but nothing beat eating in Cinderella's castle & seeing the fireworks from the windows.

You can't go wrong with Cindy's!!

I usually get something called the Princess Feast (or something like that). It's a filet mignon with the yummiest mashed potatoes around.

You should really go to www.wdwig.com - Deb has all the WDW menus on her site, which will help you decide which place is best for you.

We, too, preferred CRT to Tony's. The food quality was much better. Neither is cheap but the castle experience was worth it, especially since we sat at a window. We did not see the fireworks because of our early PS.

My DH ordered the snapper served with mashed potatoes and tomato ginger jam. I had a lamb special. The kids enjoyed their cheeseburgers. I found the water to be undrinkable (like pool water for us well-water drinkers) so I ordered a smoothie too.

It is fun to watch Cindy in the foyer posing for pictures and signing autographs!

Although I've never had anything but breakfast in the castle, I would pick anything over Tony's:D By far, one of the worst meals we have ever had was at Tony's. Of course this is JMHO!!

I have never eaten at Tony's, but I would eat again in a heartbeat in the Castle! We have had lunch there and our meal was very good. If you have never eaten in the castle you must go!

When we walked into the waiting area DD(15 at the time) and I just stopped dead cold with our mouths hanging open when we saw Cinderella holding court. We were totally speechless as we knew (or thought we knew) that she was only there for the breakfast. The castle was on our list for dinner this trip, but we ended up going back to our hotel before our PS and trying out Palio (after a long nap and a shower!)

We have eaten at both restuarants for both lunch and dinner and IMHO I much prefer Tony's for lunch rather than dinner.

Cinderella Castle is really fun, much better atmosphere. I loved the food as well. We plan to go at lunch and order the Chicken Ceasar salad! The mashed pototoes are wonderful there!
