Okay, I am having a really hard time choosing our final dinner ADR and our trip is NEXT week!! :scared1:

So, these are our choices, based on what is still available:

Tony's Town Square
Grand Floridian Cafe
Whispering Canyon Cafe

Of these three, I am interested to know what everyone would pick? Thanks for your help! :flower3:

We had lunch at WCC last Sept and really enjoyed the laid-back, fun atmosphere. I had a killer chocolate milkshake and the waitress brought my husband the biggest glass of Coke I've ever seen! My older son did an owl imitation and got a Magical Moments certificate. It was a fun break!

I've heard mixed reviews on Tony's but haven't eaten there or at GF Cafe so I can't compare, but would heartily recommend WCC.

Have done all three. Tony's didn't leave much of an impression. I really like the GF Cafe - food is quite good and the surroundings are gorgeous. A more formal atmosphere, but not stuffy at all. WCC is a ball, fun people and lots of activity - food is good, but not stellar. All depends on what you want for that last ADR.

We don't care for Tonys. We ate there in 2006 and thought it was okay, but then went again in Oct of 2007 and I wish it had been forgotable, but I unfortunately remember how bad it was.

We've only been to GFC for breakfast, but it was really good and we love WCC. I'd choose one of those two.

I'd say WCC too. Tonys was ok, but nothing that left an impression either way. never been to GFC..yet.

I haven't been to WCC, but I would really to eat there. I've heard it is fantastic. I have been to Tony's and GFC each twice. The first time I went to Tony's the food was fantastic, which was in 2006. The service not so much but...the food was good enough to make up for the snooty waiter. We went again a couple of weeks ago and not only was the service bad the food was not as good as last time. I went to the GFC in 1999 and it was pretty good. We went again this last trip.
It is very pretty and the staff was fantastic. It was my mother's birthday and they kept coming over to say Happy Birthday. They got everyone to sing to her. It was really nice. IMO I would do either WCC or GFC. Are you more in the mood for a nice relaximing dinner (GFC) or do you want a lot of fun and excitment (WCC).

Ton'y s wasn't that great. Haven't eaten at GFC. WCC is so fun! If you have kids (and even if not) you'll like it!

WCC - good food and lot's of fun. Tony's kind of dissapointed me. Have never been to GFC.

Thanks for your help everyone! I was able to get an ADR for WCC so I think we're just gonna go for it! We have an 8 year-old and a 16 year-old, and from what everyone is saying, it sounds like they will have a great time! Thanks again!! :goodvibes

Oh, and I couldn't be happier - we get on the road TODAY!! We're heading to the beach first, and then on to Disney World!!!!!!!! :dance3: :lovestruc :cheer2:

We love WCC... We have been there more times than I can remember... We love the atmosphere and the food... You must know going in that it is not fancy, food is simple and the menu is small... But every thing they DO HAVE is very good... We love the service and the fun... Mostly we love being in the Wilderness Lodge... It is just a great place for a simple, fun and yummy meal!
