What is it with South Jersey & no travel channel? We LOVED that channel. Every time I have to call Comcast, I ask when they're getting it. They always seem annoyed. I told them they should at least consider it, even if it was a pay channel - we'd pay for it.

The Food network lineup tonight is pretty good. I'm recording a lot of the shows on my DVR to watch later (since I'm watching Tarzan on ABC!). It has some shows on amusement parks, and one on Hershey Park specifically (one of our other favorite parks).

Was it on last night 6/11 or on tonight, 6/12 - I do not see it on the satalite line-up.

It was on 6/11 (Saturday). Try to look for the re-run it was pretty cool! :cool1:

I watched....I had seen this one before, but I will take my pixie dust fixes as they come. Thanks for the heads up.

Gabby watched it with me last night and declared that we _HAVE_ to go to Chef Mickey's now. She who never wants to plan our trips actually made a request.....maybe I am finally wearing her down. Maggie

We watched! I didn't even know we had that channel!

I thought it was pretty neat. I loved the part about the wedding cakes - that was so interesting to watch!

DS watched with me but he isn't a big dessert person so he didn't get all that excited.

Did anybody else feel REALLY full after watching that show? Just the sight of all that was enough to make me feel like I had actually EATEN all of it! :rotfl:

Funny, we barely know we have any OTHER channels. We are forever watching Food Network - what a haven for all Foodies.

It was the first time we saw the Unwrapped Disney - thought it was just great.

For those of you that saw it, was it a new unwrapped? I have one already on tape...it had the turkey legs, the mickey bar, Tusker House, etc. and a section on the Boarwalk Bakery and wedding stuff. Does this sound like the same one?

Yep that was it. The signs were all from the 100 YoM celebration. Maggie

OK, I loved it!! And someone keep me away from Turkey legs!! :rotfl: I have never even been tempted by them, (I like white meat ok, the thought of all that ickey stuff mixed in with the pieces of meat, no thanks.... BUT, watching the special made me hungry for a leg!!

:rotfl: and on the thread of WDW Secrets, or I didnt know, someone did post they were emu legs :rotfl: and of course the show Food Unwrapped dispelled that rumor!! They inject the meat to keep it moist.... I am now hungry.
