So what exactly is a Tonga Toast?

Tonga Toast, Shannon dearest, is kinda like french toast on Texas sized bread. It's battered, fried (I think) and stuffed with bananas. And on top of all that, the bread is sprinkled (heavily) with cinnamon sugar. (You guys can correct me if I'm wrong)

Of course, it's all low fat and low calorie.
