Can anyone tell me if the Mickey Mix Magic show and fireworks are visible form the Terrace?

You can see some of the fireworks from over the Matterhorn. You will not see the projections because you will not be able to see the castle. If you want to see the full MMM show, you will need to view from a place where you can see the projections clearly. The best places for that right now, according to reviews here, are Main Street and IASW.
Are you looking for some kind of seated package/VIP seating for the fireworks? DL doesn't have Dessert Parties for that like MK does. The only way to get prime, seated viewing for the fireworks at DL is to do a VIP tour.
The good news about the current show, MMM, is that it hasn't caused the kind of crushing crowds for viewing like shows in the past. This past Saturday night, there was good viewing on Main Street still available a half hour before the show. We just walked up and found good spots. There was a crowd, but it wasn't sardine like at all. DH went to get hot chocolate at Starbucks, and the show started shortly after he returned. Easy!
