Tomorrowland Restaurant

I remember seeing pictures a few months ago of a Tomorrowland restaurant that used to have windows looking out onto the Hub, but now the windows are replaced with walls. Does anyone know which restaurant this is, and if that was a temporary thing or permanent?

The only restaurant I can think of that has windows overlooking the Hub is The Plaza, which I think is technically still Main Street USA, but on the Tomorrowland side. I assume it would be a temporary thing related to the Hub construction, but I have no idea how long it will be that way. I guess Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe may have some Hub view windows as well (I don't eat there much) and that is the area being worked on now.
