Tomorrowland Dessert Party Date Availability

Hello!

Quick question... I've been trying to book the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party for the 1st of September.

I checked yesterday, which should have been the first day you could book (it would have been the 10th day of my 180 days +10), at 6am EST, and it was unavailable - the date just wasn't clickable. I could however make reservations at other restaurants.

So, I spoke with WDW and they said the date hadn't been released, but try again tomorrow as sometimes it's a day later than the standard 180 days/180 days +10. So, I just tried this morning, and the 2nd is now available, but still not the 1st.

I'm so confused. Could it have sold out in the 15 seconds? Or are they holding it back for some reason? I believe it's Labor day in the US on the 1st of September, does this usually cause them to hold back events, due to popularity?

I'm not sure but Maybe it is a day they are doing MNSSHP? Do they not do the dessert party on Halloween party days? Just a thought

That's an interesting possibility.... I just checked the park opening/closing times for the 1st, and they're listed as 7pm, which is abnormally early considering the previous 10 days and the next day it's 10pm.

Would MNSSHP really start that early? We depart on the 2nd of September, and I thought we'd miss it!

Yeah MNSSHP starts at 7, but they let people in at 4, so I bet that's it

I just called Disney about this today and she asked her supervisor who said it should be released at 180 days. She tried to pull up the "guest book" for existing reservations and said that there is no guests booked so the dates haven't been released yet. She said that its within the 180 day period so they should be released and the best bet is to call back every other day and check to see if it's been released yet.

(Edit: The dates she checked were Sept 1-8th)

On my calendar it only goes until June 5th and all the other dates are grayed out

I was able to book for August 28th almost 2 weeks ago. MDE was glitching so I called Dining reservations & was able to get my date without problem... It was on my 180 day exactly. With MNSSHP rumoured to begin August 29th, it could be that the September date you are looking for could be a party night, Wishes Dessert Party doesn't happen on those nights.

I just tried for 9/7 and 9/10, nothing available. CM said keep trying, she wasn't sure why it wasn't available.
