I'm so nervous. We didn't even try last time. Any suggestions to help us get a table? We're hoping for breakfast but we'll take lunch as well. Thanks!
Geez, is it really that hard to get ADR's there? I called yesterday for our trip - 50 days away - and I got the time and day I wanted. I don't understand why people are like "Okay, I have to start dialing at 2 minutes to the time!". I'm not knocking anyone, do what you gotta do
, but I don't think it's that difficult to get ADR's there...
It used to be hard to get, now with all the princesses at Norway it took some of the heat off CRT, and the high cost.
If you dont get it then keep calling the next days, they release more tables at exactly 180 days. When I did my 180+10 the only early thing was a 9:05 breakfast. I called back last week and got an 8:20 with no problem! The earlier time gets me in before the park opens as I want an empty park photo of dd by the castle for her birthday!
Good luck! Report back on your sucess!![]()
Hello all! Thanks for all the tips. We started calling on two phones at 5:58 am. Both dh and I got in at the same time, but his CM told him that he couldn't get anything to come up and it was probably because it wasn't 180 days yet.
My CM looked for me (we are at 180+10 today) and said she could only find dinner or single seat ressies. She highly recommended getting dinner so we'd at least have something. I'm going to try back but after talking to DH, we are glad we got the dinner for our first day. Our kids don't do well at ALL when they don't get breakfast before leaving home so having to wait to eat will mean at least a fussy toddler while we're taking pictures, etc.
It will be Sun after Thanksgiving. DD really wanted Bibbity Bobbity treatment before going to the castle. We can go to DTD (missed it last trip and the boys all really want to go) and girls can get hair done, then we'll head back to resort for a breather (VWL) and then after that, we'll head to our first day at MK in time for dinner. On Sun after Thanksgiving, Fantasyland gets pretty light and nearly empty so we'll hit Fantasyland for an easy evening and our traditional first ride on Small World.
DD isn't as much into the princesses as she used to be and is more excited about eating in the castle. (Too bad there isn't a Disney Fairies breakfast!) We did Akershus last time and loved everything but the food.
So I'm going to try back for lunch and if we get it, great, but if not, no big deal. With the castle out of the way on our first full day, we'll still have 8 days to run into the princesses.
Thanks for the tips. It was our first time trying for CRT at 6am and we had the same warm, fuzzy feeling we get when playing Santa or the Tooth Fairy.
Wish us luck for lunch!
