Yes. It should open exactly at midnight, although some people (myself included) had to wait till 1am.

I am arriving on September 20 and received a postcard in the mail last week that my FP+ window opens tomorrow, July 22, 2014.

Hey go ahead and book your attractions! I'm going 9/9/14... Will be at MK 9/12 .... Just tried to change times on the 7 Dwarves Mine Train and there was only ONE OTHER TIME AVAILABLE!! 5pm! Haha! Lordie!!!

I booked today at the 60 day mark. Booked 9/19 for Mine train and only time available is 4:35. I have dinner reservations at Epcot for 5. I'm going to keep trying in the hopes that someone cancels. I've read threads that people got the rides and the times they wanted at 30 days out during the summer. I don't get why I had so much trouble booking mine. Good luck.
