Tomato sandwich!

My favorite it sliced tomatoes on toasted wheat bread, mayo, oregano, salt, pepper. Mmmmmmm. However, we are still waiting for the tomatoes to ripen in our garden. It's been so hot here that the tomatoes aren't ripening. They need cooler temps, according to one of the local farmers. I haven't had one tomato sandwich yet ... and I'm chomping at the bit for one!!!! Mmmmmm! My favorite (insert drooling smilie here)!!!

Oh Jersey tomato sandwiches are the best!!

Toasted wheat, hellmanns mayo, salt and pepper and tons of big ripe juicy sweet jersey tomatoes!!

It is my favorite summertime treat!!
