Tom Sawyer Island closure, Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away parade debut dates???

Couldn't decide if I should put this in Rumors and News or here but figured this gets more traffic.

Any ideas when Tom Sawyer Island will close? Or when Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away parade will debut?

I want to plan a quick trip for DH to say goodbye to one of his fondest childhood memories (TSI) and me to relive (sort of) one of mine (MSEP). I hate these vague dates like "summer" and "later half of the year". These haven't been announced and I missed it/can't find in a search, right? I feel like July will be safe but well I'd prefer not going during the sweltering summer.

Official dates have not been announced for either of these.

Closures are usually announced a couple months before so that should give you plenty of time to plan a trip when it happens.
