Ok, Gisele's body and face are her golden ticket so I can understand eating what she does to keep the goods in tiptop shape. I imagine it's easier for the entire Brady family to follow along.

Ugh, I just find everything about diets to be so boring this time of year.

I admire Chrissy Tiegen more for just being "real" about food!

I have no idea what their diet is but anyone who consciously and carefully puts food in their bodies to try to better their health should be applauded. Personal chefs or not.

Thanks! I actually think they have a great diet. One I aspire to but cannot manage as I don't have personal chef.

I wouldn't have the discipline to stick to a diet this strict, but then, I'm not a professional athlete either.

It certainly wouldn't hurt to have a personal chef as well, but alas, that's never going to happen.

Considering their income/jobs depend on the condition of their bodies, it's a wise investment on their part. The 'acidic inflammation' trendy stuff is hopefully on its way out soon, though.

Personal chef? That changes everything. My diet and other things would be better if I had a personal chef.

I don't see why it is a subject of concern. Both of them rely on being in tip top shape for their jobs. Only makes sense to eat as well as they can.

Having someone cook that way for you is waaaaaaay easier than trying to eat that way on your own. Good for them, I couldn't do without my dairy, cheese is a major food group!

They eat healthy, most of what they eat is what I aspire to do. Sure, taco dip, beer, and jalapeno poppers make their way in to my diet at times, but really...how they eat is how we all should... And, it is easily done without a personal chef, really..

Well I'm sure it's easy eating 80% vegetables and totally "clean" when you have a chef preparing and purchasing it all for you... just saying!
