Tolls?

I will be driving a rental car from MCO to POP in 2 weeks. How much do I need for the tolls? I've seen posts about having quarters, dollar bills and exact change, but I don't know how much I need. I assume that I will need the same amount for my drive back to MCO from OKW at the conclusion of my trip. A little help please.

Tolls from MCO to WDW will depend on what route you take leaving the airport and what exit you use getting to WDW, but will be in the range of $1.50 to $2.50.

We prefer to take the south exit from the airport and follow the Greenway (Rte 417) to get to WDW. This takes two $1.00 tolls (exact change not needed since both are manned toll booths and there is no "throw the coins in the basket" lane) as long as you get off at exit 6. Some people continue to exit 3, which incurs an additional $0.50 toll.

The other alternative is the north exit from the airport and the Beach Line to I-4. On this route there are 2 manned tolls but its been so long that I can't tell you the correct change for either of them.

The tolls from the airport to I4 on SR 528 are 75 cents each. As OKW Lover says, these booths are manned so you don't need exact change.

I agree with OKW Lover in preferring to take the south exit from the airport and use SR 417 - there's usually a lot less traffic on that route.

And a note on the exit three toll - that booth is unmanned so you'll need exact change for the basket there.

Can someone please tell me what the Celebration exit number is off of SR 417? We are staying in WH and I believe this is the exit we usually get off, I just can't remember the exit number.
