All of the tolls along that route will be electronic or toll-by-plate only. I highly recommend you either use the provided transponder in your rental car or get the Visitor Toll Pass (available on level 1 of terminal A).
We don't have a transponder and we use the pay by plate. It's a little more but since we don't drive it often, it's not worth messing with a transponder. If you will have a rental, the agency will send you the bill post rental. Most agencies will also rent you a transponder if you want to pay immediately.
I highly recommend the Visitor Toll Pass. The only real downsides are that you can only pick it up in Terminal A and you have to be using one of the 10 rental companies that have their cars on site. If arriving at Terminal C this appears to be somewhat time consuming to get to A in order to pick up the pass.
