Toll roads?? POP to outlets and Davenport??

Staying at POP soon. Need to drive to Davenport FL via I-4 from POP. Is this a toll road?

We are assuming CR and SR (county roads or state roads are not toll)

Also will be driving to Orlando Premium Outlets to Disney store there - not sure if my routes are toll roads.

I-4 is not a toll road. To get to the outlets, you don't have to take any toll roads, either:

My directions sightly different.

where you say turn left on Victory Way - mine read turn Right on Victory Way, then right onto E Buena Vista Dr. Then ramp toward I-4 / Airport/Sr-556. Then exit 68. etc

I'm quite positive. The directions I linked to say to turn left because it takes you Osceola Parkway and then to I-4. If you go right on Victory to Buena Vista, you'll get there, but Buena Vista isn't as straight and there will be more traffic signals. The Google directions are almost all highway.

Actually, in looking at the map, I don't see how Buena Vista Dr links to I-4 at all. Nor do I know why it's "E Buena Vista" - the road is a North/South road as far as I can tell.

If you exited Pop Century going right (north) onto Victory and get to Buena Vista, take a right (northeast) and Epcot Center Drive (a freeway) passes overhead. Don't cross under but take a simple right turn ramp tpo get onto Epcot Center Drive (southeast). Next you pass under the exit arch (see you real soon) and then take the general I-4 ramp (first green sign) followed quickly by the left fork for I-4 East (northeast). Now you get off I-4 onto 535.
