Toll costs from MCO to WDW?

Does anyone know the total cost of tolls from MCO airport to WDW? Thanks.

If you use 417 (Florida Greenway), there are two $1 tolls if you get off at the International Drive/Downtown Disney exit 6. I think it's another 50 cents if you get off at Osceola Parkway (All Stars, AKL).
