This morning I called to change my room only reservation to a package. I asked the CM if she could check for a pin or code attached to my name. She told me, "No, I'm sorry, they took that option out of our system. If you don't know it, we can't check." I KNEW this was wrong from this board, and I KNEW I had a waterparks, fun and more code attached from a call a few weeks back when I made the room only. I asked her to please double check that information as I knew I had a water parks, fun and more code. She said, " No, No you don't if you don't know the number." I had her price out my package, POP preferred 7 nights, 2 adults, 13 yr old, 10 yr old, Park hoppers with water parks. She quoted me $2301.24. I thanked her. I hung up and called back.
The second time I got someone different, of course, and asked her to please look for a code while she checked my package price. She said, "Oh absolutely, every penny saved is magic!" I was informed I had the waterparks, fun and more code and the IDENTICAL package as above was $1831.28. This CM said she saved me a bit on my room, found the code for the free ticket upgrade, and wished us much Magic and Dreams on our trip. I, of course, booked this offer.
We have until 3 days prior to add dining and I am going to run some to decide if it's going to work for us.
