Not sure how many other locals are on the board, but I just saw an ad at my local 7-11 yesterday that the Tokyo Resident Weekday Discount Ticket is now available for purchase.
The ticket is valid for April 6th to July 14th, weekdays only. (Excluding holidays) This is not a guaranteed admission ticket, so if the park closes for capacity before you use the ticket, you won't be able to use it that day.
The discount is upped this year from last year, with a 1000 yen discount for adults.
Adults: 6400 yen
Middle and High Schoolers: 5500 yen
Children: 4100
If you live, work, or study in the Tokyo metropolitan area, you are eligible for the ticket. You can purchase it online, at the Disney resort, Disney stores, or conbinis.
