Teppan Edo is the restaurant that serves hibachi (grilled) style foods. Yes, its the one with the chef cooking in front of you. Beware, though, that if you have a party smaller than 8, you will be seated with other people. The food here is more americanized, better for families with smaller children or extremely picky eaters. Teppan Edo has some sushi, but the choices are limited.
Tokyo Dining, next to Teppan Edo, is also a sit down restaurant with a more extended menu. You don't have anyone cooking in front of you but the restaurant is absolutely beautiful, theres even an LCD screen with Mount Fuji displayed! The menu here features traditional Japanese food with tempura w/ rice and veggies, grilled meats/salmon w/ rice and veggies, and a very extensive sushi menu.
Teppan Edo = Fun, really cool chefs and tricks, tasty, but somewhat Americanized.
Tokyo Dining = Traditional Japanese, yummy sushi and entrees, a little more of an upscale feeling.
The DISboards home website, wdwinfo, also has the menus posted. Hope I did okay with my descriptions!
