Tokyo Dining on DDP?

The Dis Menus area says that Tokyo Dining is not on the DDP but the WDW dining flyer says that it is.

Can someone confirm that it is on the plan?

They accepted the dining plan last year, I assume they still do this year.

Definitely is. Saw the same contradiction and double checked with CM from dining reservations and she confirmed it is on the plan. We are booked!
