I hope they still bring the kid's sushi order in a boat plate. Although it's an appetizer, edamame works great for kids. Tastes great and keeps them busy for a long time.

Looking at the menu, do you think DS 10 and 7 could split a shrimp and chicken udon bowl? The 10 yr old is a pretty big eater, the 7 yr old is about average for his age. Or would they need something else also?

Maybe it's because the food overall is so doesn't matter the age friendly. Both then 8 y/o boy and 11 y/o girl ate there with us and they went straight to the adult menu on and off the dining plan. Never heard the "I'm hungryyyyyyyyyy" whine there but if you think this could be a problem for your family wander up the hill to Katsuri Grill. One of the best QS on property IMHO.

Thanks. The kids both love the food. Just trying to figure out the portion sizes for them, I guess. Wish they had a kid size Udon or tempura.
