We will be on the Deluxe Dining Plan-- so we will have more than enough food to share with our little guy even if we don't do a buffet!!! Our son will be 15 months. What are your favorites?

We just came back from a trip with our 1 year old and our 2.5 year old (plus their teenage brother) and here are a few of the places they really enjoyed..

Biergarten - They loved the music and the 2.5 year old loved the food. Just lots of fun.

Whispering Canyon - The restaurant is lively and loud. No problems here if your little one is on the loud side here. The food is also very good.

'Ohana - They have activities for kids like coconut races and if you are lucky you might be able to view Wishes from your table, but you really do need to be lucky for that one. The food is also very good and plentiful.

We did a lot of character meals as well. The girls seemed to enjoy Cape May breakfast, Garden Grill and 'Ohana's Best Friend breakfast the most. Another restaurant your little one might enjoy is Coral Reef if you are lucky enough to get a table by the tank. One other restaurant my girls liked was T-Rex, it is very loud, though. If loud noises bother your child, this might not be the right one for them.

This is just us but our little girl, Kate was 13 months for her first trip. We eat at all signature restaurants and we never had an issue. Everyone was very nice to us even if she was starting to get a bit tired. Every night at each place they brought her a plate of goldfish when they brought our bread. Jiko made her a nice fruit salad when our salads came. We didn't even ask. They just offered. All the places were busy cause it was the week before xmas and no one ever shot us looks if she made a bit of a fuss. All and all it was a good experience for us.

Is the little one used to longer dinners? We have been taking Kate out with us to eat ever since I can remember.

It's Disney I think people on a whole are cool with kids. I know we are cause we would want to feel comfortable if it were us so a cry here and there never bothered us in the past either.

With the deluxe plan u are going to have a great opportunity to try all kinds of the best Disney has to offer.

Our tops are in no order:

1. Yachtsmen Steakhouse
2. California Grill
3. Jiko
4. Sanaa
5. Narcoossee's
6. Flying Fish
7. Artist Point

Some places we like for lunch are:
1. The Land counter service (forgot name)
2. Flametree BBQ
3. Scifi Cafe
4. Morocco's counter service (forgot name)

Food is such an opinionated thing. People have such diff tastes and likes and dislikes. I'm sure U will get a huge bunch of responses.

Have fun! U are going to have a lot of food to eat with the deluxe plan! We have never done the dining plan. We have season passes so we just take a room discount and call it a day.

Have a great time again!
