Today's the day for New York Couples. Some city halls including ours opened today to issue licenses. You have to wait 24 hours to get married. DP and I struggle with what to do. It was decided for us when I couldn't find her birth certificate and could only find the "Registration of Birth Certificate". So... we'll order one online from her county of birth and go from there.
