giftcardmall on eBay is selling $50 Marriott gift cards for $40. I don't have a trip planned anytime soon with a Marriott property stay, but if someone else does this would save you 20%! You can reserve or even pre-pay for a hotel with a credit card, and then have them apply the gift card when you checkout. Your credit card will then either not be charged, or if you prepaid they will refund your credit card.
