LOL Pam!! Actually, my dad was also a college professor (in accounting of course ) for over 50 years. And besides the birthday/tax day thing, there are other accounting ironies in his life....not the least of which was the fact that he has eight children...4 boys and 4 girls.....a perfect "balance sheet"

Never been referred to as a "dividend " though!!
