On Garnier Fructisse (sp?) shampoo & conditioner, there are $2 off coupons. Kroger has them on sale this week 2/$5.

I was also very surprised to see that Target now carries Bare Minerals make-up. They had the starter kit, an eye kit, a color kit, and some other glam kit for $49 each.

Target has Bare Minerals? That's not good news - I may have to go buy it now!

How much are they at Target to get the coupons? I'd have to figure out whether this is worth it or not.. I do like the shampoo.

Target has bare minerals? I was just there this weekend but I never look at the make up section. This is not going to be good for my wallet...come to think of it I need a new one of those too!

The regular size bottles of shampoo & conditioner are reg $2.99 and the family size are $5.??. But I just took the coupons to Kroger for the $2.50 sale, so I ended up paying .50 a bottle. Now I just need to change the rest of my bathroom to match all those green bottles on my shelf!!!:rotfl:

The Bare Minereal display was on an end cap at the end of one of the make-up aisles. When I first saw it, I thought it was some kind of imposter mineral make-up, but when I read the box, it is Bare Essentials and Leslie is on the box!

Just FYI, taking peelies off of products you don't buy at that store is just as taboo in the couponing world as poolhopping here. (Can tell you didn't know, just fyi for next time.)

I can beat that.

Wegmans has a free item guarantee if they ring up anything wrong. Well, I bought shampoo on Sunday and it was rung up wrong so I got it for free.

DH went and grabbed conditioner (I forgot it!) on Tuesday and it was still mismarked, so he got that one for free.

I bet if I went today, it would still be mismarked...

OOPS!! I didn't realize that was a problem....:confused3 ....the coupons didn't say Target on them, and I did buy some of the bonus size ones there!

OK, I'm all about saving money when I can, but I think peeling the coupons off products and taking them to a different store is over the line.

I don't think it formally says anywhere that you can't, but they're meant for point-of-sale use.

Not quite a hanging offense, but I wouldn't be comfortable doing it. :)

Publix does this too. A few years ago I bought a big bottle of sunscreen that was over $15 - rang up wrong, so I got it free. Not very long ago I had the same thing happen with a box of haircolor (over $17). I felt bad about it though!
