Screamscape said that on 9-24 there would be a ToD preview. Anyone have confermation? Do you have pictures or know someone who does?

I can't wait to hear about it either. I am counting down the minutes (literally) until I get to see it Thursday.

I've spotted the first reviews on RADP... and they're not good for ToD.
It sounds like there are lots of voice overs of kids interrupting the flow of the music and the parade (exactly what I was afraid of), and the things that were added to the puppets make them look cheap in the eyes of one observer. The new characters apparently do not fit the style of the others, and the storyline is hard to follow.

I really hope it isn't as bad as it sounds - I'll still see it on Thursday, but all the sudden I am looking forward to it a lot less :(

Let us know how it comes out. I know I was worried when this was announced, since I think re-themed parades show that they've been re-worked & I didn't see anything wrong with Tapestry of Nations. Here's hoping that it's as good as the first one...

scoop,

I believe the voiceovers are part of the soundtrack, which is reportedly a remixed version of the original.

Video, pictures, reviews? I need links people. It's not as if I am on the internet everyday!

I saw ToD today and quite liked it, though I definitely missed the Sage. I'll have much more info and bunch of pictures of three of the four new parades up tomorrow. It's been a long day, and it's time for me to catch some zzz's.

That is exactly correct. It is very much like the original ToD, but there are
children's voices over the music talking about their dreams. As the parade
goes by, there are "dreamcatchers" with nets that collect "dreams" the
children have created throughout the day.

What do the children drop into the nets carried by the parade Cast Members? The answer below (taken from the WDW website):

Children are key players in the Tapestry of Dreams Parade. At Kidcot Fun Stops throughout World Showcase, kids are given "dream" stars to decorate and get stamped at each World Showcase pavilion. "Kids peel out the center of these medallions that represent their dream," Haupt says. "When the parade comes by, they can put the dream discs in the nets carried by Elfen and Cosmos, who will put the discs in the Dream Seeker float. Hopefully, their dream for the future will come true.

I saw it Sunday for the soft opening the previous week. No, no sage of time but i thought they did a nice job blending in the children's voices with the old music. I thought it was fine and it was fun to look around and see "seasoned" Disney visitors sing along with the music they already knew!
