To those who do Taebo.....

have you ever punched yourself, accidentally??? I was doing some upper cuts today, and just grazed my chin. It wasn't a direct hit, but enough to really startle me!!! Anyone else do that, or do I win the sole prize of "klutziest at Taebo"???

I'm trying to get in great shape this summer, and figured Taebo was one good route to take. I just didn't realize it would be so dangerous!

I used to do TaeBo many years ago - I have r. arthritis now and cant do a lot of the steps BUT I once was doing that swinging arm move and fell flat on the floor - Self Abuse!

Can't say as I have ever punched myself doing TaeBo which I used to love to do, but I do confess that I never quite looked much like anyone in the videos while doing it. I ended up buying a Pilates machine and now I do Pilates which is much more relaxing for me. I haven't punched myself doing that yet either!!
