I am posting here because I am one of the people you are all accusing of "calling out" the Sorrentinos. Just wanted to set the record straight. One poster posted saying something like, are we suppose to believe all this? Another poster said she had been telling her dh about the Sorrentino's and he too doubted the post. I have been reading about the Sorrentino's since the beginning, and even offered advice about their trip. My dh was reading over my shoulder Cadence's latest post about her 1. going to the doctor in the am and discovering she was carrying twins, 2. spending 3 hours in
Walmart that same day and 3. moving into her new house also that same day. My dh said no way can all this be true. I then posted on the thread my dh was also a disbeliever and that some people do things differently than others and that if I just found out about twins, I'd have to lie down somewhere! I guess I wanted to clear my name that I wasn't saying anything mean about anyone. I guess people didn't like the questioning of Cadence's life.
I feel bad that she closed the thread, I think it gave a lot of information to others planning trips. Many have said that others were jealous of the Sorrentino's and that's why mean thins were said. Again, I didn't think I was mean, and I could care less how many kids this family has or how much money they have. I think what bothered me is soooo many people were so involved with this family, really going out of their way to give advice and research things for them (as opposed to others who have asked for advice, but because they were looking for budget ideas -5 in a value room, refillable mugs, etc. they were shot down immediately and called thieves and cheaters...). When it was discovered she was pregnant, many gave advice aobut doing WDW pregnant, she didn't respond to those posts, when it was announced she was carrying twins, again others advised her to look into transferring her points for another trip, telling her twins is a shorter pregnancy and she probably wouldn't be able to travel in October - she didn't respond. Then when all those things happened to her in 1 day and someone questioned it, the thread was closed.
Like I said, I don't know what is true and what isn't, I just wanted to clear my name and give my reasons for saying what I said. Sorry this went on so long!
I hold no ill feelings towards the Sorrentino's. I wish them luck with their trip, kids, twins, house, van and whatever else comes into their very busy life. I do hope she posts a report about their trip since so many helped them plan it.
Oh, I hope this thread doesn't deteriorate into a debate on whether the OP on the other thread had a right to feel the way she did. Why don't we stick to the OP's topic at hand; a wave and hello to the Sorrentio's...
What's the point in stating an opinion, which differs from The Sorrentino's, in this thread anyway? Other then to debate whether she should have been hurt and should have closed the thread?? 
I guess my feeling about those who discuss their personal lives is that I just accept what they say as the truth. Sometimes, with some posts, I wonder. But I give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I have had a very interesting life, I have worked at a nyc talent agency, as a reporter, and now as a social worker (along the way living in five states and one foreign country). When I tell people I used to work for the agency that represented Dennis Quaid or some other big star they can only half believe me. But it is true. So is the reporting job. But now I am a very comfortable middle aged mother of three that just went back to work as a social worker. It makes no sense at all, but it is my life. If I put it all down in a post I am sure there would many people who thought I was full of you know what. So, when I think..nah..can't be.....I say, well, sure it can!
