To the people who plan with sheets and binders please help.

I just did a basic Excel spreadsheet to keep track. Note: Friday and Saturday had the same FP+, just in case we had bad weather at TL we could switch those days. I wouldn't sweat it too much. Also note: Didn't really need a FP+ for Figment, it's more or less a throw away.

Love your excel spreadsheet!! I think I am going to adopt your format. :) Thanks for the great idea!

I use Touring Plans to tweak ride order, but in the parks I reference a word document that I store as a PDF in the "reader" app on my iPhone. I also use MDE to tweak FP+ times. I even include our outfits so that we coordinate for pictures. A sample page looks like this:

THURSDAY
Outfits:
Rainbow Romper
Pink tank/khaki shorts
Teal Polo/ Khakis

Reservations:
Hollywood and Vine 10:10am

FP+:
Star Tours 11:05
TSMM 1pm
TOT 6pm

Touring Plan:
Hollywood and Vine Breakfast 10:10
Star Tours
Frozen Sing Along 12:35pm
Monsters Inc Characters
Toy Story Midway Mania
Meet Buzz and Woody
Voyage of the Little Mermaid 1:45pm
Disney Jr. Live on Stage 2:20pm
Character Palooza 3:05
Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster
Beauty and the Beast 4:15pm
Toy Story Mania
Animation Courtyard Characters
Hotdogs at Fairfax Fare
Tower of Terror
Fantasmic

My Excel spreadsheet has days at the top of the column, crowd levels, color coding for parks, best parks for each day, park hours, and parade and fireworks times. Color blocks show where we'll be, then in the blocks are the fp res. And food locations. It's perfect for everything in one place.

This gives me an at a glance view of everything.

My binder has resort reservation detail page, on the road hotel and restaurant menus. I then print out menus of restaurants we are visiting at WDW, and any info on activities that we are planning. I just use a 1" soft cover binder with clear sheet protectors so I can change out pages easily.

I simply make an excel spreadsheet with our schedule at the parks (click here and here for examples) plus another spreadsheet for our budget which is NEVER accurate, especially when it comes to our food budget :) Then behind those spreadsheets I have printouts of our hotel confirmations, etc.

My examples also show what we were actually able to accomplish each day, during Spring Break no less! If anyone is interested in coming up with a schedule for toddlers :)

I am going to revise my daily schedule page to this format! Thank you! I had it opposite (times were across the columns/days were rows) & it is cumbersome to look at!

My binder has an
-excel doc with all reservation confirmation #s/addresses/flight info, followed by the actual printed confirmations
-a section for the operating hours/calendars with our daily plans
-a spreadsheet on dining plan and which meals to use which credits for
-the last section is for printed touring plans & menus

Mine looks a lot like Sharadoc, with the kids outfits listed. ;) Plus I print the menus for my family to look at each night/morning so everyone knows what is available. I just got it all printed and put in the binder for next week!
