I was looking for a pin or code but my question is this: once I book can I get a code or a pin and apply that to my ressie??

Yes. You can keep calling back to check and see if a PIN code has been associated with your name and can apply it at a later date. It has to be yours though (not your mom/sister etc.).

yes, so you can make your reservation then say a special comes out (free dining, room discount etc) you can call up and they'll adjust your reservation (or rebook it can't remember which). That is assuming it fits all the criteria (dates, hotel availability). Keep in mind for most things hotels have a certain number of rooms that can "go with" promos.

Once we wanted AS Music but ended up moving to POP to get whatever the special was (moving to meaning moving our reservation to).... then we kept calling back trying to get Music - first got Sports - shifted there figuring at least we were in the All Stars then after a few more calls a spot opened up at Music and we got to change our reservation to there!
