I've been doing hair for 22 years. This is only my opinion. Go to Sally's...try Wella liquid creme color (in little bottle, not tube). Get 30 volume clear developer. I cant post a link because I'm new but google wella color charm chart and click on the website hello-gorgeous. Stick with a cool tone
(711 should give you light brown but not sure...not real familiar with this line of color...choose 611 if you want a little darker)

When applying color to hair, bottle application is easiest when you have to do yourself. Remember to just try to hit your roots only. If you must pull it through than do so only the last 5-10 minutes by adding a squirt of shampoo and a little water to the bottle...also dampen hair slightly.
