I assume @cakebaker is suggesting that Disney partner with a health provider to run testing - not that Disney would run the testing itself. So people would be expected to do the same thing that they would if they were to get tested somewhere else.
FYI, you can get a covid test at the Orlando Airport (https://centracare.adventhealth.com/urgent-care/covid-19-testing-orlando-international-airport) as well as other airports. I haven't heard of any concerts that offer covid testing, but I have read about some that require a proof of vaccination, but I don't think Disney is allowed to do that because of the ban in Florida.
Thats what I was thinking---- if not in the parks, maybe an area (in partnership) maybe near the parking area? I only mention it because the shopping area by our house set up a testing area in the parking area a few months ago- Reason being that there a number of large stores (Best Buy, Target, etc) and restaurants, in this center. Guess they figure these are places that attract a large amount of people, and they want anyone that is concerned to take the time and get tested. We used them as soon as we returned from Disney, and the three of us had terrible colds ! (thank goodness, all tested negative)
