We will be hitting each park and don't want to miss the best food at each one. We will not be eating at any TS restaurants, just CS and snacks. Are there any CS or snack type foods that each park is known for??? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

6 days and counting... :cheer2:

While I don't know that they are "to die for," we always make sure to go to Epcot and in France buy a Napoleon. I wish that we were going to make it this time, but it's not in the plans. I guess I will have to settle for a custom apple at Goofy's Candy Company.

dole whip in MK, that's all i know. i usually get a float or 2 per trip.

PeanutButter and Jelly Milkshake at 50's prime time cafe.

YUMMY !!!!!

MK - Harbour House by the Haunted Mansion - excellent tuna on Multi-grain bread.

Ak - Pizzafari - Itailian sandwich, chick parm sandwhich, ceasar salad and frozen lemonade

snacks we eat everytime we go

Custard Fruit Tarts in EPCOT or Boardwalk Bakery
Cinimon Almonds - any park
Dole-whips and rootbeer floats at MK
Frozen Lemonade at AK

Not sure about MGM or Animal Kingdom, as we don't really have any fav snacks in either of those locations.
In Magic Kingdom, our family favorite has to be the Dole Whip from Adventureland. YUM. If pineapple is not your thing, you can try a Strawberry Swirl at the Enchanted Grove in Fantasyland, or a Citrus Swirl (orange flavor) at the Sunshine Tree Terrace in Adventureland. Also, my husband LOVES the smoked turkey legs you can get at various places throughout the parks. He is already drooling in anticipation of a couple of them when we are in The World in September. :yay:
In Epcot, my personal favorite treat is a Kaki Gori (shaved ice) from Japan. It comes in several flavors, my fav is melon. There are as many wonderful treats in Epcot as there are pavillions. Norway is especially tasty, with Rice Cream, School Bread, and any other number of tasty treats from the Kringla Bakeri og Cafe. You can't miss pastries from France either. :)
One gone-but-not forgotten treat was a Beaver Tail from Canada. Why oh why did they take away our Beaver Tails?? :confused3
Anyhow, enjoy your trip, and your goodies!

At MK - the Dole Whips in Adventureland, and Figaro Fries in Fantasyland.

Here are our favs

CS

MK - Cosmic Rays rotisserie chicken and chicken caesar salad.

Epcot - Germany, nothing beats a braut, kraut and beer

AK - Flame Tree BBQ

DTD - Wolfgang Puck Express, the pulled pesto chicken sandwich and the BBQ chicken quesadilla

SNACKS

MK - Egg Rolls from the cart by Adventureland and carmel corn by the Hall of Presidents

Epcot - Kakigori from Japan, School Bread from Norway, anything from the pastry shop in France, pretzel in Germany, anything from the new Tea Stand in China, anything from the pastry shop at Sunshine Seasons

MGM - Pretzel by the TOT, a pastry from Starring Rolls

AK - Tollhouse Ice Cream Sandwich, anything from the Tea Stand

DH and I have to have

EPCOT:
1. Funnel cakes from the stand outside of American Adventure (they make them fresh while you wait -- at other locations they are a premade yucky thing that they just heat up)
2. We also really enjoy the Tangerine Cafe in Morroco. I love their Couscous. It's refreshing to me.

MK:
1. Dole Whip.
2. I'm not sure they still make these, but at the Main Street Bakery they used to offer ice cream sandwiches made with the fresh baked cookies. You could choose what flavor cookies you wanted for the outside. We'd get one and then sit and wait for the parade.

DH wanted me to also tell you that at the Turf Club (I know it's a table service) at Saratoga Springs. They have the best Ceasar Salad that he's ever eaten. We have taken other people there and gotten them hooked! They also have amazing "Turf Club Potatoes" that are available after 4pm. OMG, man I want some now!!!

Well.. we always stop for the cinnamon buns at the MK Bakery...
OMG, they are so yummy, and gooey...mmmm - mmmm - mmmm- mmmm:jumping3:

Epcot- Schoolbread in Norway. Yum!!

The other parks, we really haven't found anything we had to have. Dh always has to get a soft pretzel though and the kids have to get popcorn. LOL I do like the churro at MGM.

:wizard: Definitely the Dole Whip at MK....can't wait to get some in August!
Egg Rolls at the Lotus Blossom Cafe in China
Kaki Gori shaved ice in Japan...the tri-flavor
Popcorn, especially while waiting for Wishes to start :)
Frozen Lemonade at AK
and though not in parks. anything with hot fugde at Ghiardellis! :lovestruc
l

They're not in the park, but we love the corndogs on the Boardwalk. I always burn my lips because I can't wait for them to cool off.

Wonderful-Keep 'em coming.... I'm making my list.

We don't usually eat snacks because we are always so full, but this trip (Nov'07) we will be on the DDP. So, we are going to make a great effort in 'trying' all of these great snack ideas.

In Magic Kingdom, we love the ice cream sandwiches from main Street Bakery. They are made with chocolate chip cookies from the bakery and are huge! We get them just before watching the parade and our family of four shares two.

In Animal Kingdom we love the chocolate covered bananas.

Frozen lemonade is also a favourite!

The baklava from Morocco. We buy enough to take back to our room and eat for breakfast the rest of our trip. Coffee and baklava, yum.

All of these sound so good. I still can't get over being a sucker for the "Trash Pale" at Blizzard Beach. Definatley one to try if you haven't experienced it already!

Egg Rolls in Adventure Land in the MK or in Epcot at China's counter service.

MK- Dolewhips!
Epcot- Kaki Gori, the cinnamon rolls in Norway.
MGM- the frozen coke stand

AK I can't really think of anything particular.
