I have been lurking here for a while and ran into a few new "friends" today when I recognized a couple of people chatting in the treasure room. By chance, I am a very happy new owner of a 4th of July hat because someone was so generous! Then I came on DIS and found *this* thread!

I love this, and I think I will pay it forward with Halloween stuff since I managed to join VMK by this past Halloween .

Hi - I hadn't heard about this rule before, so could someone please explain to me where I can read about it (and how does one find out about new rules?). Does it mean that each person can only have one character? How do they know that someone has more than one character? Thanks in advance!
