To Clear Up the Chicken Strip Issue & Debate

I have been meaning to post this since we got back three weeks ago, but it's better late than never.

Many people (including myself) were very concerned over the new chicken strip/nugget offering at most CS, buffets, etc. As you may remember, WDW has those "magical" strips with the perfect amount of seasoning and crunchy goodness on the outside Recently, they started replacing them with a nugget variety which raised a lot of eyebrows here on the boards.

While at WDW in April, I sampled the new chicken "strips" from buffets, CS, etc. I must admit that they are just as good as the old version. There is no reason to be worried here. I must have eaten over 50 pieces in a week just to test them for my fellow DISers.

But, the "new" Chicken is not dairy free as the strips were in the past. Could be a concern to anyone with dairy allergies.

Yep, I had them on my last trip in April and I would say they are just like Chicken Strips only smaller, maybe two nuggets equal one strip. But still as good.

Why would they change them and now have dairy added to them! What am I going to feed my niece who is lactose intollerant? I thought we could mix things up a little with plain spagetti.

Thank you for making such a heartfelt sacrifice for your fellow DISers. I'm sure it must have been dreadful for you to force yourself to eat all those nuggets, for our greater good
