To buy the DDP or not?

We have ressies for a pref. site at the fort for Oct. 8-12. May add the 7th depeding on halloween party dates. We are also getting a one day base ticket for a little more time in MK. The rest of our time we will explore the fort and maybe other resorts. Everytime we go we are in the parks all day and never see/do anything else. That includes relaxing! There is never any down time. This time we will do alittle bit of park time and alot of just taking our time. My question is will it be worth to buy DDP when we aren't doing alot of parks? As of now we are doing breakfast at Ohanas(with Lilo & stich), counter during MNSSHP, counter & table at MK for our 1day base & the sancks always come in handy with four boys. We would plan more table & counters if we got the DDP, but is it worth it? Thanks for the help.

It was worth it for us and we only spent 2 out of 7 days at parks. We went to Roaring Forks for lunch every day we were just at the fort and we ate at Whispering Canyon two nights and Trail's End and Hoop Dee Doo for dinners. You could also take a boat ride over to Contemporary for Chef Mickey's (I think that is where it is). You can also get pizza and salad for CS at the meadows snack bar. Hope that helps...

THe DDP could be worth it for relaxing more! Long leisurly meals at great restraunts could be very relaxing. If what you are doing works for you and turns out to be less expensive then maybe not. It really is up to you. But relaxing over meals in a fun atmosphere with great food could be a great thing for your family.

I'm not sure if you know this or not but you can still "go to the parks" for a meal and not "go to the parks" otherwise.
