To and From Beaches

We are going on the November 26 cruise on the Fantasy cruising to Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Foulmouth. I have a 3.5 and 1.5 year old. In ports we aren't interested in doing actual excursions- we would just like to get to beaches and let the kids play on their own time. I've done this via cab before children but this is our first time cruising with kids- how do we get to beaches from the port with two kids? Clearly we won't have carseats. Do any of these ports have beaches within walking distance where we could take the kids in a stroller? Any advice about travelling to these ports with my two toddlers is welcome! Thanks!
