To All the Smokers Out There

Can anyone tell me which hotels in Orlando allows smoking anymore? I have been looking on the internet for a hotel mainly around International Drive but so many of them say they are 100% smoke free. What I would really like is a room with a balcony so that I could smoke out on the balcony - I don't like the smell of smoke in the room itself. I'm thinking of staying in Orlando a couple days by myself after our next Disney trip. Can anyone help me?

Try Buena Vista Suites. They have only a few smoking rooms but not sure about balconies. I had one booked there.

Try anything that is owned by Hilton!! Homewood, Doubletree, Hampton Inn etc. They still have smoking rooms

Also try the Best Western in Downtown Disney.

I am not a smoker but my husband is. This is one issue we always have because I want him to be comfortable when we go on vacation but also I want to stay somewhere nice. I personally do not see what is wrong with smoking on the balconies and even if it was an option of smoking in the rooms he wouldn't. We completely agree and would not smoke inside any building/home... Do people still try to smoke on the balconies and get away with it?

Not if they have non-smoking neighbors who rely on the property's advertised non-smoking policy to ensure they don't have to smell it when they are enjoying their own balcony. They'd probably be on the phone complaining.
