Thanks sweetie, and I imagine most people had today off as well.... I had a wonderful day spent with family in the morning and friends in the afternoon so it was a wonderful day and I am very blessed.

Not a full day though. A co worker had to come in because she didn't have enough hours to take the time off (Just had a baby), so I came in to keep her company.

Well that was nice of you There's really nothing going on here today so if I truly wanted to go off shopping or whatever it wouldnt be a big deal. I want to try to start getting my tree down today as I want to be certain everything is cleaned up before I go back to WDW for New Years.... I am excited about taking Marie and hope to get a lot of photopass pictures unless Genesis has rubbed off on her and she wont let me get her pics...

I have been debating on when to take my tree down. I am not sure if I want to take it down this weekend or leave it until after next weekend...decisions, decisions...

I havent had a real tree in a very long time....My artificial tree is 10' tall so its a big one, and takes up a lot of room but I too spray pine scent all over it to get that Christmas tree smell My sister gave me some gingerbread candles yesterday and they were a nice addition to the Christmas feel as well...

That would be an awesome present to yourself and with it being 71 here Sunday it would be a nice idea here as well Think I need to make a couple phone calls. I remember I started 2008 off with a ride in January with weather in the 70s. Glad you had such a nice and relaxing day.

Wow, you mean there are ADVANTAGES to being a woman, somehow I never figured that one out? I have however figured out there are advantages to getting old... With age does come wisdom and more self confidence in your abilities and you learn to tactfully insist on getting what you need in the work place. Enjoy your New Years "holiday" !!!

I think there are advantages/disadvantages for both sexes and someone once told me that women live longer because we talk more and get all our frustrations out of our system compared to most men who feel they have to keep things bottled up inside of them...Not sure that I agree with that thought but just thought I would pass it on....
