I just found out yesterday that on November 4th, all three Indiana Jones movies will be released on DVD.

Thanks for the link.I am reluctant to get it though,there has been talk of doing a 4th film.I hate buying boxed sets and then they come out with another.

I just watched the trailer. This is great news. On our first trip to WDW with DS who was 4 years old, he hummed the Indiana Jones theme for just about the entire flight from Boston to Orlando. He has always been a big fan and the DVD collection will have to be an early Christmas gift. Thanks for sharing. Annmarie

DS has been asking about it, he is a huge Harrison Ford fan. I can put that one on my Christmas list. The older they get, the harder they are to buy for, especially the boys.

Of course, it would be hard to beat the last one with Sean Connery . . . . at least for me. At the time it came out, my Dad had grown a beard & looked exactly like him!

Our first trip to WDW DS was about 8 and a huge IJ fan. He had to have Indy's hat after we saw the show at MGM. He used that hat and a jacket he had that looked similar to Indy's for his Halloween costume for a couple years. Our next trip he talked DH into buying the whip. He still at 19 still has them and on our last trip down in March 02 he bought another hat so he had one he could wear now. He has all of the movies in VHS and he will certainly be getting the DVD set for Christmas. That's one set of movies that mom definitely doesn't mind watching with him!

Yes, it's true. Although George Lucas said it will have to wait till he's done with Star Wars: Episode 3. So it'll be a while.

Speculation is that it will actually be several years after the original three movies since Harrison Ford has "aged" a bit since 1987.

Of course, if I looked that good at his age............

The 4th movie is actually old news. the reason its taking so long, is cause all 3(speilberg, lucas, and ford) have been locked into other projects. last i heard though there was actually a storyline being put together for the film. Shooting won't start till next year at the earliest. Though i would expect 2005 myself, since StarWars movies take a huge amount of time to complete with the principal shooting and editing everything. But, i don't care how long it takes. I'll be in the theater to see the new one
