We had planned a trip in May but we are 90% sure we won't be able to go. The date to make the ADR's is this week. Do I make them just in case of a miracle or not?:confused3

It would be bad to end up going and not have ADR's but I don't want to take away from others. I was thinking of making them and then canceling after the new year and we know for sure that we can't go.

They're changing the ADR system and you can only make ADRs up through March 22nd. You won't be able to make ADRs for dates after that until December. You have more time to decide.

Go ahead and make them. Then as soon as the trip is definately off, cancel them. If you don't go ahead and make them, and your trip ends up happening, then you will be the one in the cold. As long as you cancel eventually, you're not taking anything away from other diners. Keeping my fingers crossed for you that your trip DOES happen though.

there is a sticky thread at the top of the board. Keep your eye on that thread. We are updating when the window opens

So this gives you a little time to see if your plans come about. If you are still unsure, i would keep planning until you know for sure, you can always cancel your ADRs if you are not able togo

here's hoping for a little :wizard: that says you can go!

Thanks for the pixiedust: When I called they told me to call back on the 5th of November but I must go read the sticky.

I just want to do the right thing and put savings before playing.

If you have a room booked, make the ADR's, if you cannot go then cancel them. Better to have a ressie and have to cancel it then not have one and need it!
