To add DDP (not free) do you have to pay rack rate?

I've seen people say they booked dining with the 40% off code, but I've seen several people say you can't get Dining w/o paying rack rate. I know for FREE dining, you have to pay rack rate, but does that apply when you are paying for dining? WE plan to go in early/mid December and are hoping for a code to book AKL with dining. Is that an option?

Most discounts will allow you to pay for the dining plan while retaining your code discount...We were lucky enough to get the 40% off code when it was offered. 40% off room rate, paid full price for dining and tickets.

AAA packages booked through AAA will allow you to get a room discount with tickets and dining also.

We were able to book with the 40% code and add DDP to our package. This deal saved us more $$ than free dining would.

We were able to add the dining plan to our package that had the 40% off discount. There were seperate codes for a room only or a MYW dining package with the 40% off promo.

You can also book a MYW with dining package thru AAA and get the AAA discount on the room portion of the package. We did this when we stayed at the Poly

Where oh where are you all getting the 40% off code? Free DDP isn't for us. I would MUCH rather have the discount.
